Street reverberation
If you walk across the streets of Ghent you may encounter our street reverberation measurement car or hear a strange tone sweep. This is part of a recent master thesis looking at the effect of street characteristics on urban noise propagation.

On Dec 1st 2008 the project IDEA: Intelligent Distributed Environment Assessment which is financed under the strategic basic research program (SBO) of the IWT started. The kick off meeting will be held in Het Pand (Gent, Belgium) on March 6th. More information can be found on the project website.
